What you get

We don’t sell IT services. We sell four outcomes.

Everything we do maps to one of these. Stability, awareness, efficiency and future readiness, in plain English.

Stability

Your systems stay up, your people stay working, and someone is watching before something breaks.

How: Managed and co-managed IT, network and endpoint management, cloud administration, user support.

Awareness

You know where you stand, what could hurt you, and what to fix first. In plain English.

How: Cyber resiliency assessments, security monitoring, team training, resiliency planning.

Efficiency

Practical AI and automation that give your team hours back. No hype, no science projects.

How: Workflow automation, internal knowledge assistants, operational dashboards, system integrations.

Future readiness

A real technology plan, owned by someone who sits on your side of the table.

How: vCIO strategy, infrastructure design, AI guidance, Web3 and blockchain advisory.

Our approach

Cyber resiliency, not just cybersecurity.

Security tries to keep bad things out. Resiliency makes sure your business keeps running when something gets through anyway.

  1. 01

    Prevent

Stop what can be stopped before it starts.

    • Multi-factor sign-in on everything that matters
    • Updates on autopilot
    • Training that teaches your team what a fake looks like

No action needed. It shows up in your monthly report.

  2. 02

    Withstand

When something gets through, contain it fast and keep the doors open.

    • Security software someone actually watches
    • Infected machines cut off before it spreads
    • A one-page plan for who does what

    3. 00:14Computer isolated from the network
    4. 00:41Engineer reviewing, owner notified

The rest of the office keeps working.

  3. 03

    Recover

Get back to business from backups you know work.

    • Automatic offsite backups
    • Restore tests on a schedule, not a hope
    • Backup internet so you can keep taking payments

Back to business, with the restore steps written down for next time.

How it works

From first call to calm, in three steps.

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how your business actually runs, not just your network. You get a plain-English read on what’s solid, what’s exposed and what to fix first.

    Free to start
  2. 2

    Stabilize

We fix the urgent things first, lock down the basics, and get every system monitored and backed up properly.

    Fixes ranked by impact
  3. 3

    Lead

Then we stay at the table: regular check-ins, a technology roadmap, and a partner thinking a step ahead of you.

    Ongoing partnership

Industries

Built for businesses that can’t close for a reboot.

Different industries, same promise: your doors stay open. Here’s what that looks like where you work.

When the POS goes down on a Saturday night, that’s not a ticket. That’s lost covers.

Restaurants, bars, hotels and venues run on registers, reservations, guest Wi-Fi and payroll. We keep all of it up through the rush and locked down after close.

What we handle

  • Registers and payment devices monitored
  • Guest Wi-Fi kept apart from business systems
  • Backup internet so you can keep taking cards
  • Staff access removed the day someone leaves

Does every account that touches email, banking or payroll ask for a second step to log in, like a code or an app prompt?

This is called multi-factor authentication, or MFA.

Leadership

“Technology should be the calmest part of your business. Making it that way is the job.”

Rome started Krome IT because Las Vegas business owners kept getting one of two things from IT companies: jargon, or a sales pitch. Krome IT is the third option. Technical enough to fix it, plain-spoken enough that you’ll understand what was fixed and why.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Something else on your mind? Call (725) 228-8088. A real person picks up.

What’s the difference between cybersecurity and cyber resiliency?

Cybersecurity tries to keep threats out. Cyber resiliency plans for the day one gets in anyway: prevent what you can, withstand what gets through, and recover fast. That’s how a business stays open.

We already have an IT person. Do we still need you?

Not for everything. We’re glad to work alongside internal IT (co-managed IT), covering security, strategy or overflow while your person keeps doing what they do well. A second set of eyes is the point.

What does the free assessment include?

A conversation about how your business runs, a look at the basics that stop most attacks, and written findings in plain English, ranked by what to fix first. You keep them whether or not you hire us.

Do you help medical practices with HIPAA?

Yes. Our HCIBRA assessment (Healthcare Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Business Resilience Assessment) can be scoped as your practice’s HIPAA risk analysis, and we help you work through what it finds.

Do you only work with Las Vegas businesses?

Las Vegas is home, and most of our work is right here in the valley. If you’re outside the area, call us and we’ll tell you straight whether we’re the right fit.
